The Georgia District Select Camp tipped off with one of the most competitive and high-energy environments of the entire tour. The gym was full of athletes who came ready to prove themselves, and the performances did not disappoint. From strong guards attacking the rim to athletic forwards dominating the paint, this stop showcased the toughness, confidence, and raw potential of Georgia basketball.
Our coaching staff evaluated players across drills, skill stations, and live gameplay, locking in on what truly translates at the next level: effort, basketball IQ, consistency, and impact on both ends of the floor. While not every standout could make this list, many players left lasting impressions and will continue to rise as they develop.
Here are the players who stood out in Part 1 of our Georgia “Standouts of the Stop.”

AJ Scruggs
Class of 2029 | 6’2” | Guard
AJ is an explosive athlete who plays with confidence and control. His ability to attack the rim with either hand makes him a tough cover for any defender. He creates separation with quick bursts and decisive moves, showing great pace when the ball is in his hands. AJ also shoots the ball well from three, particularly off the dribble, and his rhythm pull-ups are smooth and repeatable. Defensively, he uses his long arms and energy to disrupt opponents, staying engaged in every possession. His athleticism, two-way impact, and competitive motor make him one of the most complete guards at the camp.

Kamren Thomas
Class of 2029 | 6’4” | Forward
Kamren is a big, physical athlete who thrives on contact and uses his body well to control space. He runs the floor hard, finishing in transition and making an impact on both ends. Around the basket, he finishes through defenders with touch and power. Kamren is also a capable shooter from midrange and beyond, which adds valuable versatility to his game. He rebounds aggressively, carving out position and winning battles inside. His physical presence and effort level made him one of the most dependable interior players on the floor.

Aiden Delbrune
Class of 2026 | 6’1” | Guard
Aiden is a long, skilled guard who shines in transition. His ability to slice through defenses before they can get set makes him a nightmare to stop in the open court. He plays with excellent pace, using his length and strength to finish at the rim or draw defenders before finding teammates. His crossover is sharp, his touch around the rim is elite, and he’s comfortable pulling up from midrange when needed. Aiden’s relentless attacking style and ability to score at all three levels make him a high-upside prospect.

Keyshaun Mizell
Class of 2028 | 6’1” | Forward
Keyshaun plays with power and purpose, constantly putting pressure on the defense. He uses his strong frame to shield defenders and finish through contact. His ability to shoot from deep with his feet set forces opponents to respect his range. Keyshaun’s rebounding ability also stands out for his position, often creating extra possessions for his team. He reads the floor well, finding open teammates while still knowing when to create for himself. His physicality, confidence, and motor make him a leader on both ends of the floor.

Darius Stokes
Class of 2028 | 5’10” | Guard
Darius is a disruptive defender who thrives on creating chaos with his on-ball pressure. His ability to turn defense into offense separates him from most guards his age. He handles the ball with balance and speed, attacking at angles that keep defenders guessing. Offensively, his range extends well beyond the arc, and he shoots confidently from NBA distance. Darius’s body control in transition allows him to finish difficult plays with finesse. His energy and defensive presence set the tone for his team every time he’s on the floor.

Jacob Westbrook

Jacob embraces contact, finishing through traffic and battling on the boards. His timing and positioning consistently put him in the right place at the right time. He pushes the ball in transition with control and finds teammates for easy baskets. His energy and toughness make him a coach’s favorite and one of the most consistent performers in the gym.

Gavin Glover-Stephens
Class of 2030 | 5’0” | Guard
Gavin plays with a smooth, controlled pace and uses his length to score efficiently in traffic. His hesitation move is elite, keeping defenders off balance and opening driving lanes. Gavin’s shooting mechanics are clean, and he has the ability to make shots from all three levels. Off the ball, he moves intelligently, cutting and relocating to create open looks. He also distributes well, using his handle to set up teammates when defenses collapse. His combination of size, skill, and calm decision-making gives him the tools of a future playmaker.

Rodviel Smith
Class of 2030 | 5’0” | Forward
Rodviel is a strong, athletic forward who brings power and energy to the floor. He is an exceptional rebounder, often leaping above opponents to grab boards and finish second-chance opportunities. Offensively, he plays through contact with confidence, using his strength to create scoring angles. He is composed with the ball and refuses to get sped up by defenders. On defense, his physicality and awareness make him a tough matchup in the paint. Rodviel’s combination of toughness, athleticism, and effort allows him to consistently impact winning plays.

Jaceon Jordan
Class of 2031 | 6’1” | Forward
Jaceon was one of the most physically dominant players at the Georgia stop. He finishes powerfully around the rim, using his strength to create space and complete plays through contact. His floater and midrange pull-up are polished for his age, and his jump shot is fluid and consistent. Chandler’s rebounding ability for his position stands out, and his defensive instincts allow him to force turnovers in the passing lanes. He plays with patience, understanding when to score and when to facilitate. With continued development, his combination of skill and size makes him a high-ceiling prospect.
